A Series of Four Supper Clubs in Dalston

Palette is a new project born from the idea of two friends with the same passion for food and a good eye for details. 

The event is a series of four Supper Clubs, which will happen seasonally and will feature four dishes paired with four wines. The common denominator will be the same colour for each of the four dishes and to celebrate summer the first palette will be: PINK.

STARTER
– Bhakri Flatbread with Carom Seed Dips
(Smoked Pink Butter, Aubergine and Mint, Miso and Tahini Cream)
– Falafel with Yoghurt Salsa and Raspberry Gastrique, Za’atar Focaccia, Marinated Purple Cabbage
White Wine

1st COURSE
Shitake Mushroom Crepe, Blue Cheese Melt, Pickled Radish
Orange wine

2nd COURSE
Beetroot Risotto, Lemon zest, Crisps
Red Wine

DESSERT
Basque cheesecake, rhubarb compote 
Sweet Wine
