Palette is a new project born from the idea of two friends with the same passion for food and a good eye for details.
The event is a series of four Supper Clubs, which will happen seasonally and will feature four dishes paired with four wines. The common denominator will be the same colour for each of the four dishes and to celebrate summer the first palette will be: PINK.

– Falafel with Yoghurt Salsa and Raspberry Gastrique, Za’atar Focaccia, Marinated Purple Cabbage White Wine
